About Our Coffee Farm

Our Heritage

At Real World Asset Coffee Company, we cherish our rich heritage rooted in Costa Rica's lush landscapes. Our dedication to sustainable farming practises ensures that our coffee is not only high quality but also environmentally friendly.

About Real World Asset Coffee Company

RWA Coffee Company

Tokenizing the World’s First Community-Owned Coffee Ecosystem.

A Groundbreaking Convergence of Agriculture, Web3, and Impact Investing.

The Vision: RWA Coffee Company is acquiring a cash-flowing, socially-conscious coffee farm and processing hub in Costa Rica to create the first vertically-integrated coffee enterprise owned by its community. We are bridging the gap between sustainable agriculture and decentralized finance, offering a tangible real-world asset (RWA) backed by the global demand for premium coffee.

The Problem: The coffee industry is notoriously opaque. Farmers often receive less than 2% of the final retail price, while investors have no direct access to the profitable agricultural layer.

Our Solution: A tokenized ecosystem where ownership, profits, and governance are shared transparently.

The Asset The Token The Impact

A producing Costa Rican coffee farm with its own processing mill (beneficial).

This allows us to generate revenue from two streams:

  1. Growing & selling our own premium coffee.

  2. Processing coffee for local farmers for a fee, creating stable, recurring B2B income.

We are issuing a limited supply of $SIP tokens on the Solana blockchain.

  • Profit-Sharing: Token holders receive a share of the farm's diversified profits through automated buybacks.

  • Utility: Discounts on premium coffee, exclusive access to NFT-backed microlots, and governance rights.

  • Transparency: Every transaction is on-chain; every profit distribution is verifiable.

We are built on a model of regenerative agriculture and social responsibility.

We are also developing a carbon credit program, transforming the farm into a carbon-negative enterprise.

The Ask: We are raising $2.5M to acquire and scale this proven asset.

Use of Funds:

· $2.0M: Direct acquisition of the land, infrastructure, and operating business.

· $350K: Working capital for first-year operational expansion, marketing, and brand launch.

· $150K: Initial liquidity for the $SIP token, smart contract audit, and legal structuring.

Why Invest?

· Backed by Real Assets: Your investment is secured by land, infrastructure, and a producing business.

· Multiple Revenue Streams: Profit from agriculture, processing fees, eco-tourism, and carbon credits.

· Downside Protection: Existing B2B contracts provide a revenue floor from day one.

· Upside Potential: Appreciation of the asset, growth of token value, and global brand building.

· Make an Impact: Be part of a project that profits responsibly, supporting both the environment and local communities.

Real World Asset Coffee Company

Why Costa Rica?

Real World Asset Coffee Company: Market Overview & Investment Profile

Bridging the Gap Between Premium Costa Rican Coffee and Global Capital

1. The Global Coffee Market: A Robust & Growing Asset Class

The global coffee market is a massive and expanding economic force, presenting a stable and attractive opportunity for real-world asset investment.

· Current Valuation: $126+ Billion (2024)

· Projected Valuation: $235+ Billion (2032)

· CAGR: 7.2%

· Investment Driver: Surging global demand for high-quality, specialty, and sustainably sourced coffee, moving beyond mere commodity trading.

2. Costa Rica: The Origin of Our Premium Asset

Costa Rica is a premier origin for high-value Arabica coffee, prioritizing quality and sustainability over volume, making it an ideal foundation for a valuable asset portfolio.

· Production: ~1.6 million bags/year (< 1.5% of global output).

· Key Differentiator: World-Renowned Quality.

· Our Advantage:

 · Ideal Terroir: Clay-Loam soil, high altitudes, and perfect climate.

 · Superior Varietals: Cultivation of prized beans like Geisha, Kenya SL, and Tipica.

 · Processing Mastery: Expertise in honey and washed processes that maximize cup quality, yielding coffees with clean, bright acidity, and complex flavor notes (citrus, chocolate, stone fruit).

· Future Strategy: Climate-resilient farming, premiumization, and a focus on maximizing value per hectare.

3. The Premium Import Market: Our Target

We strategically align Costa Rican quality with the world's most lucrative consumer markets where consumers pay a significant premium for excellence.

· Top Target Markets & Why:

 1. United States: Largest specialty market; proximity allows for efficient logistics and strong demand for direct-trade, single-origin coffee.

 2. Norway & Switzerland: Highest per-capita consumption and spending; consumers value traceability, sustainability, and exceptional quality.

 3. Japan & Australia: Sophisticated, discerning coffee cultures with a deep appreciation for artisanal products and willing to pay a premium for them.

· The US Opportunity: The US imports over 27 million bags annually. Costa Rica is a top-10 supplier, and the shift towards specialty coffee aligns perfectly with our quality-focused asset model.

4. Investment Thesis: Why Costa Rican Coffee as an Asset?

· Tangible Value: Investment is secured against physical assets—premium coffee farms and future production—in a politically stable country.

· High Growth Potential: Captures value in the fastest-growing segment (specialty/premium) of a large, stable market.

· Built-In Demand: Targets affluent, established import markets with a proven willingness to pay premium prices.

· Sustainability & Resilience: Costa Rica’s focus on environmental and social governance future-proofs the asset against changing consumer and regulatory landscapes.

· Scarcity & Exclusivity: Limited supply of truly premium Costa Rican coffee creates inherent value and competitive advantage.

Real World Asset Coffee Company connects capital to the premier terroir of Costa Rica, harnessing stable, real-world value and catering to the most profitable global markets.

    When To Visit?

    Understanding Costa Rica's Seasons

Costa Rica has two main seasons, but weather can vary significantly by region.

    · Dry Season (Verano - "Summer"): Mid-December to April

     · Weather: Sunny, hot, and humid with very little rain. This is the peak tourist season.

     · Pros: Guaranteed sunshine, ideal beach weather, best road conditions, all activities are available.

     · Cons: Highest prices, largest crowds, national parks feel busy, need to book everything far in advance.

    · Green/Rainy Season (Invierno - "Winter"): May to November

     · Weather: Lush and green. Typically, mornings are sunny, with short, intense afternoon showers. September and October are the rainiest months.

     · Pros: Lush, vibrant scenery, fewer tourists, significantly lower prices, great for photography and wildlife spotting (animals come out in the rain).

     · Cons: Some dirt roads may become difficult to pass, occasional all-day rain, some tour operators may cancel activities due to weather.

    ---

Best Time for Your Specific Interests

    1. For the Beaches (Pacific vs. Caribbean)

The best time for beach weather depends on which coast you choose.

    · Pacific Coast (Guanacaste, Nicoya Peninsula, Manuel Antonio):

     · Best: December to April is absolutely pristine. You can expect endless days of sun and perfect beach conditions.

     · Good: May and November are excellent shoulder months on the Pacific, with sunny mornings and short showers.

    · Caribbean Coast (Puerto Viejo, Tortuguero, Cahuita):

     · This coast has a completely different weather pattern! Its driest, sunniest months are often February, March, September, and October.

     · It can be rainy when the Pacific is dry (e.g., July) and sunny when the Pacific is wet (e.g., September). This makes it a fantastic alternative destination during the traditional rainy season.

    2. For the Mountain & Coffee Region (Central Valley, Monteverde, Los Santos Zone)

The mountains have a cooler, spring-like climate year-round.

    · Best: The dry season (Dec-Apr) offers clear, sunny days with spectacular views. This is the best time for hiking through cloud forests (like Monteverde) without getting soaked and for enjoying panoramic vistas of the valleys.

    · Also Great: The shoulder seasons (May-June, Nov) are beautiful. The rain brings out the intense green of the cloud forest, and the coffee harvest is beginning. Mornings are often clear.

    · Coffee Harvest: The main coffee harvest happens from November to January. This is the absolute best time to visit a coffee plantation (finca), see the bright red berries being picked, and learn about the processing at its busiest and most exciting time.

    ---

    Month-by-Month Quick Guide

    · December - April: Peak season. Best weather, highest prices, biggest crowds.

    Book far ahead.

    · May - June: "Shoulder season." Mornings are sunny, landscapes are lush green, crowds thin out, prices begin to drop.

     A fantastic time to visit.

    · July - August: "Veranillo" or "little summer." A brief break in the rains on the Pacific side.

Busy as it coincides with North American and European summer holidays.

    · September - October: The low season. The rainiest months, especially on the Pacific. Many businesses may close for vacation.

Best for hardcore surfers, budget travelers, and those seeking solitude (but be prepared for rain).

    · November: Another great "shoulder season" month. Rains taper off, the country is emerald green, and prices are still lower.

     A wonderful time to visit.

    Final Recommendation

For a trip that combines beaches and the coffee mountains, I would highly recommend one of two windows:

    1. Late November to Early December: You catch the very start of the dry season, the beginning of the coffee harvest, lower prices, and lush landscapes without the peak-season crowds.

    2. April to Early May: You get the tail end of the dry season's great weather and can experience the transition into the green season, with everything bursting into life.

Tip: No matter when you go, always pack for both sun and rain. A rain jacket and quick-dry clothing are essential items year-round!

Enjoy your trip to paradise—Pura Vida!
